RSS feeds are a special kind of web page that can be read by an RSS news reader. By subscribing to an RSS feed for a web site, such as elexica, you can use the RSS news reader to check for new articles added to those web sites.

RSS news reader software can be downloaded to your computer, in which case you need to select one that works with your operating system (e.g. Windows, Mac), or you may want to use a browser-based RSS news reader which will let you check your RSS feeds from any computer which has internet access.
